                • The first 5 stages are horizontal platform types.
                • The next 5 are cave stages.
                • The next 5 are horizontal platformers in an Autumn setting.
                • The last level is a cave stage.
                • Checkpoints
                  • Treasure chests typically contain 5 coins inside.
                  • When you pass a checkpoint pod you can spend coins to set it as your save spot in case you die.
                  • Activating a checkpoint pod costs 10 coins.
                  • You can save up coins and spend them on the subsequent level.
                  • Some checkpoints are automatic flagpoles while the pod checkpoints you have to spend coins on.
                  • Signs
                    • Signs you walk past in the first few stages of the game offer important clues about the game.
                    • Read them as they may reveal how to beat the level or the location of a secret passage.
                    • Enemies
                      • Most enemies take 4 to 6 hits to kill. Some take double that.
                        • If you die in the middle of a fight your enemy retains the damage they took on prior engagements.
                        • In many cases you will either want to hit once and run away, or find a place where you can stand that they can not reach to engage you, or hit and jump then hit and jump.
                        • Different enemies have different approaches. Here are a couple examples.
                          • The gray walking creature near the beginning of the game can be shot about 4 times before it gets to you to kill it.
                          • The jumping blue character similar to the gray one runs quickly at you after you hit it once.
                          • Later there is another jumping blue monster which it makes sense to hit from afar.
                          • The guy who ducks and shoots cannon shots at you can take 10 or 11 shots to defeat.
                            • When there are many of those near the end of a level it can make sense to jump over and run past them rather than fighting them.
                            • Hermit crabs can be jumped over and will not fire on you unless you first fire upon them.
                              • On level 9 the ghost is hard to beat until you take out at least one of the hermit crabs and have an empty cubby you can stand in.
                              • Aggression & level placement
                                • If you are right after a save point it makes sense to be rather aggressive, whereas if you had to jump over a couple moving blades to get to an enemy it can make sense to try to damage the enemy as much as possible before getting hit so you do not have to replay some hard part of the level many times.
                                • Switches & Blocks
                                  • Some parts of the levels have barriers on them which prevent you from passing through.
                                  • Barriers can be retracted by stepping on switches in most cases, while some barriers require beating a nearby enemy.
                                  • Dying
                                    • This game offers unlimited continues, but is a one-hit death game.
                                    • You die if you fall in the water, touch spikes, get hit by an enemy shot, or run into an enemy.
                                    • When you die you either start at the beginning of the current level or at the furthest along checkpoint you have beat.
                                    • Target Audience
                                      • People who like retro platforming games should enjoy this game.
                                      • There are no adult themes in this game.
