Play Basketball with Buddies online for free. Basketball Buddies is a two-player basketball shooter you can play with friends. Go against a random player or create a private match between you and another player of your choice. This game is rendered in mobile-friendly HTML5, so it offers cross-device gameplay. You can play it on mobile devices like Apple iPhones, Google Android powered cell phones from manufactures like Samsung, tablets like the iPad or Kindle Fire, laptops, and Windows-powered desktop computers. All game files are stored locally in your web browser cache. This game works in Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and other modern web browsers.

Starting the Game

On the welcome screen, select the following items to set up your game:
- Choose an avatar.
- Choose a username.
- Choose any of the 2 game modes.
- Select the enlarge button on the top left corner to switch between windowed and full screen modes.
- Select the speaker button to turn the game’s audio on or off.
- Select the help button on the bottom center to open the game’s tutorial.

        Set up your identity
        
        Choose an avatar to represent you.
        
        Type in your preferred username or use the one the game generated.
        
        Choose a game mode.
        
        To challenge a random player, pick the play button.
        
        To play against a friend, choose the private game button.
        
        Create a password for your private game by typing it in the space provided.
        
        Share the password with a friend.
        
        If you received a password from a friend, type it in the same space.
        
        Basic rules
        
        Flick the basketball onto the hoop
        
        If you successfully shoot it to the basket, you earn a point.
        
        After your first successful shot, the basketball hoop starts moving.
        
        Make as many shots as you can before the timer runs out.
        
        You have 60 seconds to shoot as many hoops as you can.
        
        The player with the most points wins.
        
        If the game ends up in a tie it is considered a draw & there is no overtime.
        
        Play tips
        
        If you are struggling with the aim on shots to the side you can try to shoot the ball when the basket is almost centered.
        
        It helps on angled shots to have a consistent aim by having a consistent target. Rather than shooting as quick as possible you can shoot when the ball is near the same spot on your shot attempts.
